The crankshaft of a motorcycle engine is a combination type consisting of the left half of the crankshaft, the right half of the crankshaft and the crank pin. The main journals of the left and right halves are equipped with ball bearings to support the crankshaft to the crankcase. Both ends of the crankshaft are equipped with flywheels, magnetos and clutch active gears. The connecting rod is a monolithic structure, the large head is toroidal, and the needle roller bearing and crank pin are combined to form a crank connecting rod group. In two-stroke engines, when installing the piston ring, pay attention to align the opening of the piston ring with the positioning pin in the piston ring groove to prevent the piston ring from rotating in the ring groove, causing air leakage and scratching the intake and exhaust ports on the cylinder liner.
