The body is composed of three parts: cylinder head, cylinder block and crankcase, the cylinder head is cast with heat sink from aluminum alloy, and the new four-stroke motorcycle engine adopts overhead valve, chain drive and overhead camshaft structure. The cylinder block material is mostly bimetal (wear-resistant cast iron cylinder liner cast aluminum heat sink) to obtain better heat dissipation effect. Some motorcycles use wear-resistant cast iron cylinder blocks, such as Yangtze River 750 and Jialing JH70 types, and in some small mopeds, such as Yuhe brand YH50Q small displacement (50 cubic centimeters) engines, the inner wall of the aluminum alloy cylinder is plated with 0.15 mm hard chrome layer structure. The crankcase is made of aluminum alloy die-casting, which is composed of two boxes, left and right. Some motorcycles add buffer blocks between the heat dissipation signs to suppress the noise emitted by the vibration of the heat sink.
